This award exists to recognise residents who reflect the IH Way qualities in their cross-cultural, academic, cultural, leadership and sporting endeavours and who have made and continue to make a significant contribution to college life.


The bursary will be paid as a reduction in International House college fees.


To be eligible applicants must:

  • be a returning resident

Selection criteria

Applicants are reviewed on:

  • academic results
  • leadership skills and development
  • demonstrated cross-cultural participation and engagement
  • service and commitment to the wider college community

How to apply

Applicants should provide:

  • Submit a personal statement (one A4 page maximum) outlining college involvement and participation, leadership evidence and personal and professional development. (Attach supporting documents such as letters of reference, certificate of participation etc.)
  • Submit evidence to support the selection criteria as appropriate
