OUR VALUE ON-CAMPUS LIVING FEES
At IH your fees cover – accommodation, utilities and food (catered only) as well as many extras you may not expect like academic assistance and college events and activities. The best part is you can secure a place at IH before you receive your University offer. If you decide to go to University outside of Brisbane or plans change, no problems – your deposit will be refunded. We operate on a first-come first-served basis so the sooner you apply, the better your chances of securing a place. NEW RESIDENTS 2024
- Deposit: $3 000 (deducted from the total fees)
- New Resident Registration Fee: $750 (all new residents – once only fee)
- Fully Catered: $25 520 (40 week agreement)
- Self-Catered: $20 020 (44 week agreement)
- Student Club Membership: $500 per year ($250 per semester)
If you pay the full fees upfront for Semester 1 and Semester 2, you will receive a $500 discount.
RETURNING RESIDENTS 2024
- Fully Catered: $25 020** (40 week agreement)
- Self-Catered: $19 520** (44 week agreement)
- Student Club Membership: $500 per year ($250 per semester)
**Returning residents receive $500 discount off the full year fees of $25 520 (Fully Catered 40 week agreement)
or $20 020 (Self-Catered 44 Week agreement)
If you pay the full fees upfront for Semester 1 and Semester 2, you will receive a further $500 discount.
WEEKLY FEES
- IH provides a 40-week Fully Catered agreement which includes all of the semester breaks with a weekly rate of $638 (before discounts)
- Self-Catered residents are provided with a 44-week agreement with a weekly rate of $455 (before discounts)
